Latest production schedule:
The fulfilment of all orders placed on November 1st 2023 is now COMPLETE.

We have a maximum assembly output of ~500 orders per month and we'll be shipping on a 'first come, first served' basis. We've been working hard to increase our output by growing the assembly team and I'm pleased to say that we're managed to push an additional 200 assemblies forward which will be completed in March!

Here is the latest schedule:

• Order Numbers #8801 - #9300 will be shipped in February 2024. COMPLETE
• Order Numbers #9301 - #10000 will be shipped in March 2024.  COMPLETE
• Order Numbers #10001 - #10300 will be shipped in April 2024. COMPLETE

Please check your order confirmation email (sent at time of order placed) to find your order number. *Please take a moment to check the details of your order outlined with your order confirmation*.
If you'd like to update your delivery address, you’ll be able to do so at any time prior to fulfilment by clicking the 'View / Edit your order' button on your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification from DHL once your order has been dispatched. 

You can update your product selection / strap size / further amendments, by sending an email to my colleague Ida at support@underd0g.com
